These Terms of Use are intended to formulate in a clear, precise and understandable manner, respecting the principle of good faith and the provisions governing the validity of legal acts, the conditions governing and regulating the relations of the Company with each visitor and/or customer of the Store, the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on “Consumer Protection”, the provisions relating to distance marketing and the provisions of Law 4624/2019 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Every user who enters and transacts or uses the services of the company’s online store is henceforth referred to for brevity as a “visitor” and/or “user” or “customer” depending on whether he is limited to visiting the store only or placing an order as well.

The company is not responsible for damages from the use of ordered products that are due to the wrong choice of products by the user, careless or incorrect use of the products, or the fault of the manufacturer, such as e.g. manufacturing fault, incomplete information or instructions accompanying the products, quality of workmanship, safety of materials and defects.

In the event of a defective product, its responsibility is limited to the obligation to replace it, as long as the conditions for returning products are met (see return conditions below). The company is not responsible and has no obligation to compensate for any possible damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of orders, from the non-execution or from the delay of their execution, for any reason. 5. Intellectual property rights

10. Shipping methods

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of the order, as well as the shipping address. Based on the above data, our system automatically calculates the shipping costs, for which you are informed on the spot and before the final registration of your order.

Within Greece up to 4 kg 4€+VAT shipping,

4~10 kg €6 +VAT

for packages of 10 kg or more, there will be an email notification first about the shipping charges.

The receipt and payment of the order at your location (cash on delivery), is charged an additional €4+VAT

At the time of delivery of your order, carefully check the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects created during transport.

For shipments to foreign countries, request a financial offer together with the codes that interest you.

In the event that the product is not ready for delivery, the order remains pending and the company will contact you about the expected time of availability of the product, the case of replacement, or the cancellation of the order depending on the possibility of the company.

The delivery time is indicative, it concerns exclusively working days from the date of departure of the order and may vary depending on the conditions and the availability of the products. The company bears no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of the ordered products that are not due to its fault or relate to cases of force majeure, such as severe weather, problems in the road network, strikes, etc.

11. Withdrawal/ Return

The company supporting E-Commerce gives you the possibility, through the completeness of the descriptions of which it posts in the online store, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products it has from your computer screen quickly and easily.

The company aims to offer products that start from the manufacturer and end up with the end user without being sampled by third parties to always ensure the highest quality of service. WITHDRAWAL: In accordance with the provisions of article 4 par.10 of Law 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A’/November 16, 1994) in conjunction with the Joint Ministerial Decision (K.Y.A.Z1-891/30.8.2013) , the consumer has the right to withdraw without reason from the remote purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days.

In this context, within fourteen (14) working days , you have the option of returning the purchased products only as long as they are in exactly the same condition in which they were received and provided that they are accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove your transaction. The costs for returning products via post, courier or transport company to the premises of the company are not covered by the company and are borne entirely by the sender/customer . • The customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its accessories, accompanying forms and packaging in perfect condition, provided that it has not been applied/used. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item, and the product is accompanied by the  original proof of purchase

• For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the period of fourteen (14) calendar days starts from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods or from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the last good in the case of several ordered by the consumer in an order. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal/return, you must notify your intention to withdraw in writing or electronically before the expiration of the relevant period, and the company is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it receives it.

• The consumer must, within 14 days from the day he notified the company of his request for withdrawal, return the product(s), in accordance with the terms herein.

• The ascertainment of the nature, characteristics and function of the goods should be done on the basis of the information provided on the outer packaging of each product, as well as the additional information provided by the company and in any case without opening the packaging of the products and putting in operation the good. In case of opening the packaging or putting the products into operation, the return is not accepted.

• In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, or if the customer made use other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, the company has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others in total or partial offsetting of his claim against the customer.

• After the product is returned, it is checked by the company, whose respective department will contact the buyer to inform him about the results of the check.

The company has every right to refuse the return of an item if it deems that any of the above conditions are not followed.

Products that have been configured at the customer’s request (eg cutting cable, pipe, etc.), manufactured to customer specifications or clearly personalized are expressly excluded and non-returnable.

The categories of products that have been purchased with an invoice are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal in Article 4 of Law 2251/1994 (1st paragraph 1 of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection).

In the event of repeated returns or in the event that our company, at its sole discretion, considers that the customer is abusing the right of return or acting in bad faith, reserves the right to refuse the return of the product, even if the above terms and conditions are met.

Product returns due to wrong delivery: In cases where it is found that other than the sold ones are delivered, by type or quantity, or the delivered product is defective due to the fault of the company, the buyer – user of the online store, has the right not to receive, but to immediately return the product (intact and sealed) to the company together with all the documents that accompanied it, and with its complete packaging for inspection and error detection . Defective Products – Products lacking the agreed quality: In all cases, where proven after our inspection : a) the products are incorrect or products of poor and defective quality/function and/or b) products lacking the agreed properties , you can request product replacement.

In any case, the applicable provisions of the Civil Code and the more specific provisions on consumer protection also apply. The product to be replaced or returned must in any case be accompanied by the documents that accompanied the product in the condition received by the customer and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product. If the returned product is found to be substandard (missing essential functionality components) the product will not be accepted for inspection.

The refund possibilities are as follows: a) issuance of credit card b) refund. In case you want a refund and the transaction has been made with a credit card, the company will be obliged to inform the issuing bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then carry out any act provided for on the basis of the contract it has drawn up with the customer without any relevant responsibility of the company anymore. Following this information, the company does not bear any responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the aforesaid contract.

In case the transaction was made by cash on delivery, then please provide your bank account so that the funds can be deposited within 15 days.

12. Risk transfer

In contracts where the supplier ships the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when he or a third party designated by the consumer and other than the carrier has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer if he hands it over to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the consumer to transport the goods and this option was not offered by the supplier, without prejudice to the consumer’s rights against the carrier.

In the event that your order has already been invoiced and shipped to the destination of your choice, cancellation is not possible. Order cancellation cannot be made on products that are made to order.

14. Warranty 

The products made available by the company are durable products that carry all the necessary certification of safe operation. Products are accompanied by written instructions for use (except for easy-to-use products).

The products are aimed at professionals with knowledge of the application of electrical – electronic industrial systems. They need great care during their installation, any wrong application can cause immediate destruction of the product and even personal injuries. The company takes it for granted that the end user has full knowledge of how to apply them during the purchase and the company bears no responsibility for the use of the products it has. The company does not provide a warranty or guarantee protection for third party products that the company simply resells. The products that have a guarantee of correct operation, this and its duration are provided by the manufacturer of the product and not by the company and its online store. Warranty validity rules are determined by each manufacturer and vary by product.

In case of improper operation, the continuation will be done after consultation between the company and the respective manufacturer and after this has been confirmed by the same.

15. Jurisdiction, Extension of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The present terms and conditions of use of the online store are governed by Greek Law, are valid and applicable to any contract for the distance sale of goods concluded in Greece or abroad.
